      Digital/Omni: How Do I Use My DNA?

       

      My DNA is the default landing page where you can view all your favorite (starred) resources in one location, including; 

      • Metrics

      • Opportunities

      • Dashboards

      • Bookmarks 

      How to Navigate to My DNA

      • Select Dashboards from the left-hand navigation panel. 
      • Click My DNA. 

       

      How to Use My DNA

      The My DNA page has been designed to allow you to review your most critical or essential resources in one place. 

       

      You can include as many favorited resources as you want, but the page will default to loading up to eight metrics and four opportunities, dashboards, and bookmarks each. Click View More to display all.

       

      The My DNA page consists of three sections:

      • My Favorite Metrics
      • My Favorite Opportunities
      • My Favorite Resources

      My Favorite Metrics

      This feature monitors the performance of your favorite (starred) metrics. Each metric tile represents the Metric Name, the absolute value, and the percentage change vs. Period B.

       

      • Click on the Metric Name.



      • Select either Trend, Time To Date, Prediction, Drivers, or Distribution in the left-hand column to dig further into this metric. 



      • Select Data Source to see which source that particular metric has come from. 
      • Select Create Alert to set up Metric Threshold or Metric Anomaly alerts.
      • Select Metric Detail to be taken to the Metric Insights of EDITED Digital/Omni.

      If you would like to add more favorite metrics to this section. 

      • Click +Configure Favorite Metrics.

       



      • Click Add Metrics.

       



      • Select additional metrics by using the search bar and click Add Metric.

       



      • Move the order of your favorite metrics using the drag-and-drop icon. 



      • Click Apply once all changes have been made.

      You can remove metrics by de-selecting the star icon so it turns from blue to transparent. 

       

      My Favorite Opportunities

      This feature highlights all Opportunities reports that you have favorited. Each opportunity report is hyperlinked. 

       

      •  Click on the report name to be taken to it.



      • Click Configure Favorite Opportunities to add, delete, or move your opportunities reports. Follow the same process as when adding additional metrics. 

      Remember that Opportunities are processed weekly, so if you’ve configured a non-weekly date range on the My DNA page, you will see a ‘requested data is not available message’.

       

      My Favorite Resources

      This feature highlights all Bookmarks and Dashboard reports that you have favorited. Each opportunity report is hyperlinked.

      • Click on the report name to be taken to it.



      • Click Configure Favorite Dashboards or Bookmarks to add, delete, or move your dashboard reports or bookmarked views. Follow the same process as when adding additional metrics. 

      What is a Bookmark?

      A bookmark is any analysis that has been saved across EDITED Digital/Omni.
