Digital/Omni: How Do I Create A Task?
To create a task from an Opportunity list, click the Create Task button, which is located in the list icon at the top right-hand corner. The task will then inherit the filter applied.
The same steps can be applied to other areas of the Digital/Omni platform, such as Dimensions and Basket Analysis.
Fill in the following fields:
- Task name
- A date range associated with the task work
- A description of the action you intend to take
- Task owners name
You can also add attachments (e.g., screenshots or spreadsheets).
