Once you have created your catalog of baseline products, you need to decide what type of matches you want and from which retailers.
Click Configure search at the top of your catalog table.
This will open the Search configuration filter panel to the right of your screen.
Adjust your Match Score threshold for auto-approving matched products. Higher scores will limit results to closer matching items, while lower scores will widen the match results set.
- Click reset to Reset your score.
95% or above is recommended for exact matches and 85% and above for similar matches.
To learn more about the match score, read How Does the Match Score Work?
Retailers allow you to select the retailers' websites that you want to include in your search to match products.
- Click in the Retailer box to open up the side panel where you can select additional retailers.
- Click reset to Reset your retailer selection.
Current Price is the selling price of a product's least expensive SKU at the time it was last seen on the retailer's website.
- You can add a current price value to refine your search further.
When selected, fields here will be matched against your baseline product. For example, if you only want matches from the same brand as your baseline product, or from the same category.
Leave these filters unchecked for a broader search that includes more diverse matches.
You can select the "In Stock" stock status if you want your matched product results to reflect items that are currently available for purchase, meaning at least one SKU is in stock and the product itself has not been discontinued.
Click the Search button once you have selected all of your filters.
EDITED will now search for products matching your baseline product according to your selected criteria.
