Clicking Analysis in the Customers navigation opens Customer Dimensional Insights within EDITED Omni, which combines key metrics such as profit, inventory, and customer data to provide a comprehensive view of customer segments and their impact on product and promotional performance into a table view.
Any Enterprise default filters you have applied to your myEDITED account will be transferred to Analysis > Dimensional Insights.
Analysis Use Cases
- Identify which customer segments drive the most revenue and profit.
- Asses which discounts or offers resonate with the different customer segments.
- Adjust merchandising and pricing strategies to align with demand patterns.
