By delivering clear, actionable insights on a regular schedule, this feature ensures that important findings are easy to consume, easy to share, and more likely to drive action across your organization.
How Do I Schedule AI Insight Emails?
Click the three-dot menu in your dashboard and select Email this dashboard.
Next, choose how often you want it to be sent and add the recipients who should receive it. AI insights will already be pre-selected, so you don’t need to choose them manually.
Once you’ve confirmed the frequency and recipients, click Schedule to activate the email. Your insights will now be delivered automatically according to your chosen schedule.
What's Included In The Email?
Each email explains what has changed and why it matters, so you can understand the key insight immediately without needing to interpret charts or metrics first.
From the email, you can click straight into the full dashboard for more detailed exploration, or download it as a PDF or image to share with colleagues or use in meetings.
