Tutorial: How Do I Schedule An Email In Signal?

16 STEPS
1. In this tutorial you will learn how to set up and email and access your scheduled reports.
2. Click Exports to get started.
3. First let's schedule an email so we can get updates on our recipe directly to our inbox.
Click Schedule.
4. Enter the email addresses of the recipients who you would like to receive the report you have just created.
5. The Subject of your email is a required field.
Type Menswear Outerwear - increase price.
6. You can select the frequency you wish to receive emails i.e daily, weekly or monthly.
7. The reporting period can be changed to either daily or weekly.
8. You also have the option to select the report format to CSV or TSV.
9. Next select the fields you want to include within your export.
In this example we just want to view Product ID's which you has been selected in the Selected Export Fields Column.
10. Metric Score Range is set between 0-100 which is the most common range however you can edit this.
11. Once you are happy with the details of the email click Schedule Export.
12. To manage all of your scheduled emails.
Click Exports.
13. Click Manage.
14. All your scheduled emails are available here.
You can view emails you've scheduled to receive, all emails, and emails you're subscribed to.
15. Click the box beside the relevant recipe report.
16. Once selected, you now have the option to Schedule Recipe Email Export, Edit or Delete.
