Tutorial: How Do I Create A New Range Adjustment Opportunity?

17 STEPS
1. This tutorial will teach you how to set up a new Opportunity.
2. Click Set up new Opportunity.
3. This will start the Opportunity Wizard.
You will need to select your baseline retailer first. This will be your own company.
You will only be able to select one Baseline retailer.
4. Continue to follow the prompts on the Opportunity Wizard.
5. Use the Search bar to quickly find what you need.
6. Once you have completed the Opportunity wizard, review your filters to check they are correct.
7. The product count threshold is between 500 to 250,000
8. Click here
9. You will see an error message like this if the number of products returned exceeds the threshold.
Adjust your filters to reduce the number of products to continue.
10. Click the Back button to return to previous steps to amend or add to your filter selection.
11. Once you are happy with your selection click Continue.
12. Select a name for your Opportunity.
Choose naming conventions that are universal across your business.
13. Click Finish setup.
14. Your Opportunity will now start processing and be available soon.
15. The number of Opportunity runs your business has left can be seen at the top right of the page.
16. Once your Opportunity has finished processing, it will turn blue and clickable.
17. Look at the Last processed on column to see when Opportunities were last processed.
