Tutorial: How Do I Manage Workbook Folders In Market?
This tutorial is interactive. To move to the next step, please follow the prompts showing you where to click, or use the < and > arrows along the bottom.
15 STEPS
1. This tutorial will teach you how to manage your workbooks in folders.
Once you have saved your workbook it will be stored in your Market Analytics folders.
2. Click Market Analytics to navigate to your folders.
3. This will then take you to your workbook management page, where you can organize and search for folders and workbooks.
If you are a new client you won't have any folders yet.
4. My Folders houses all your private folders.
So these folders and the workbooks within them will only be visible to you.
5. Click the three-dot menu to share your folder.
6. Click Share.
7. Click on a folder to see the workbooks within it.
8. You can use the Search bar at the top to search for a specific workbook.
9. Click the three-dot menu for more options.
10. From here you can duplicate, move, rename or delete the selected workbook.
11. The Shared with me section will link you to the folders other members of your organization have shared with you.
12. Click the plus symbol to create a new private folder.
13. Or click the + New Folder button at the bottom.
14. Click Search at the top to search across all folders and workbooks.
15. You can then type what you are searching for in the Search bar, as seen here.
You have now completed the tutorial.
