Tutorial: How Do I Use The Retailer Analysis Tab In Competitive Messaging?
This tutorial is interactive. To move to the next step, please follow the prompts showing you where to click, or use the < and > arrows along the bottom.
15 STEPS
1. This tutorial will teach you how to use the Retailer analysis tab.
For this example let's use it to monitor the weekly email communication updates from specific competitors in the UK.
2. Your workbook will default to the Retailers analysis type.
3. You can see that currently the list of retailers is alphabetical.
The number of channels and number of updates is included on the visual. See the example here with Bershka.
4. Click on your Retailer of choice, to see all communication updates.
5. At the top of the page, you will see a heatmap of when these communications were sent.
The darker the blue, the more communications were sent on this day.
Friday was the darkest blue and therefore had the most communications.
6. Click on the Friday to see this day's specific communications.
7. Click Email Men's UK to see all of the emails communicated on this Friday via the Men's Email channel.
8. Click on a specific email to view its contents.
9. Click the > arrow to skip to the next email update.
10. You can print any email via PDF. Or save as a PDF by clicking the print icon at the top of any communication.
11. Click X to exit the preview.
12. Click your workbook title, in this case New Workbook, to return back to the original Retailer's analysis tab view.
13. You can sort the data in a variety of different ways using the order results by dropdown.
14. Select the list layout icon to view the communication updates in a list format.
15. This will then alphabetize the retailers without visuals of the communications. To see the information behind any retailer simply click on a retailer.
You have now completed the tutorial.
