Tutorial: How Do I Use Recipe Templates In Segments & Campaigns (Signal)?

12 STEPS
1. In this tutorial you will learn how to create a Customer Recipe from a template.
2. Click Create Recipe.
3. Click CUSTOMER.
4. Here, you will have the option to choose from 6 best practice recipes.
Click Nurture.
5. In this area, ensure that your Base Segment, Description, Recipe Name, and any relevant labels are populated in the appropriate fields.
6. A default base criteria is set; however, you can edit these to accommodate your own business goals.
7. You can add additional criteria by clicking + Add Field.
8. For this example, we want to ensure that the results from our Recipe focus on a specific customer acquisition month.
9. We've selected 2021- June
10. You can continue to add fields to further refine your Recipe.
11. Click Create Recipe once you have completed adding your additional criteria.
12. Your recipe will now be visible on the Recipes landing page.
