The email and PDF functionality allows you to share content with colleagues easily.
The three-dot menu at the top right of all articles and collections allows you to Email this article/collection or Print to PDF.
Click Email this article/collection to email an article or collection link.
- Complete the pop-up form, Send to and Email Subject.
- Tick the checkbox if you also want the article/collection as a PDF attached to the email.
- Add an optional message.
- Click send.
Clicking Print to PDF will open the article/collection in your computer’s print preview.
