Print or export workbooks to PDF.

Please note: Before printing, remember to scroll down your list of products to make sure all images have loaded .

Here are some instructions for how to print paper or PDF from popular browsers, but other browsers should be very similar.

Google Chrome

After you have clicked the 'Print' button in the app, a print dialogue will appear.

Change the ‘destination’ to choose whether to print on paper or to PDF format.

Then select the button to 'print', or 'save' depending on whether you have chosen to print to paper, or save as a PDF

Safari

After you have clicked the 'Print' button in the app, a print dialogue will appear.

If you want to print on paper, select the printer you want to use in the "printer' dropdown.

You can select to print to PDF using the 'PDF' dropdown in the left-hand corner of the dialogue.

Mozilla Firefox

After you have clicked the 'Print' button in the app, a print dialogue will appear.

Use the ‘printer’ dropdown to select which printer you want to use if printing to paper.

You can print to PDF by clicking the 'PDF' button in the left corner of the dialogue.

There are several options for printing to paper or PDF from a Windows operating system.

Google Chrome

After you have clicked the 'Print' button in the app, a print dialogue will appear.

Click the menu and then click 'Print'. Use the ‘Change’ button under ‘Destination’ to choose whether you want to print to paper or PDF file.

Any Other Browser

After you have clicked the 'Print' button in the app, a print dialogue will appear.

Under ‘general’, select whether you want to print to paper or PDF.

From here, if you want to print to PDF, you can print to XPS file format (Windows’ alternative to PDF)

If you want to print to PDF only, you can also install a pdf printer, such as cutepdf.com

This will then appear as an option under “general”.

Select the option for CutePDF Writer under “select printer”, then click print.

When images are missing

Occasionally, when you print on Windows, not all images render on the print. You can resolve this by making a quick change in Page Setup:
