EDITED's Help Resources include the EDITED Help Center, Support Team, and the EDITED Academy. 

• Click the three dots (...) in the left-hand side panel.
• Select Support.

This will take you to your EDITED Digital/ Omni Account. Select the question mark (?) in the upper right-hand corner to access EDITED Help resources.

• EDITED Help Centre: An extensive catalog of articles on methodologies, definitions, functionalities, and how to get value from the analysis tools within EDITED Digital & EDITED Omni.

• EDITED Support Team: A team of real EDITED Experts (no robots here!) who can respond to any questions on methodologies, functionalities, or data queries efficiently and on time. You can also contact support via the email address support@edited.com.
• EDITED Academy: The EDITED Academy is accessed via the Help icon dropdown. It offers a collection of training materials, including videos, webinars, tutorials, and quizzes, to ensure our customers become EDITED experts. You are currently in the EDITED Academy.
