Opportunities (admin)
In some cases, you may view an opportunity list as not relevant to your business. For example, the list may recommend an action that you can’t practically take. As a result, rather than clouding the application with these lists, you may selectively suppress them (turn them to off/inactive). Via the Admin > Opportunities screen, Admins can manage list suppressions and comment as to why they have deactivated them. An inactive/off list can be re-activated at any time. Further, the list also visualizes available opportunity lists that are automatically “Disabled” by DynamicAction due to a lack of data. The “Avg Items (Last 4 Weeks)” metric may help you to evaluate why you aren’t seeing a list (no matching items). In many cases, it will have no matching items because it lacks the required data source(s).
