How Do I View A Buying Segment In More Detail?

Click on a node to view the customer segments within it in more detail. Nodes are the clickable boxes containing metrics.

  • In this example, clicking on the Lapsing node will take you to a summary view with all Lapsing customer segments as shown in the GIF.

How Do I Read A Customer Opportunity Summary Page?

Once you have clicked a node, you will be taken to a summary page which is divided into the following four sections as highlighted in the image below:

    • Customers: A more detailed understanding of the customers in a segment. When ready to take action, you can download the list or schedule it for API access, enabling direct integration with an Email Service Provider or other partners.
    • Action Candidates: An EDITED suggestion for a potential next step to take with these customers.
    • Segment KPIs: A summary of the key performance metrics relating to the selected/specific segment of customers.
  • Sub-opportunties: Allows you to drill down into narrower segment nodes within the decision tree for deeper insights.

How Can I Customize My View?

Click Edit Grid to further customize your Decision Tree by adjusting the Product Level, Display Metrics, and Compare options.

  • Watch the GIF to see how.

Within your Settings, you also have the option to Display Heatmap Metrics.

  • Watch the GIF to learn how.

On the left-hand side of the page, the Customer scale relates to the heatmaps. The darker the blue, the more Customers are within that node.
