myEDITED: How Do I Share Or Download A Dashboard?

 

myEDITED dashboards default to sharing across your organization; this is visualized by the two figures on the share button at the top right of your dashboard. When you stop sharing, this button changes to a padlock.

 

 

Dashboards you create can either be set to Private - so only you can view them - or you can choose to share your dashboard within your organization. Clicking the Share button will share your dashboard with all members of your organization. 

To stop sharing, click the Share button again to make your dashboard private.

 

 

Sharing Dashboards Within The Dashboard Management Screen

 

Click on the dashboard you want share, and three icons will appear.

 

 

To change the sharing status of the dashboard, click the first lock icon.

  • If your dashboard is private, clicking this icon will prompt a pop-up asking if you want to share with the broader organization. 
  • If your dashboard is shared, clicking the lock icon will prompt a pop-up asking if you want to 'stop sharing' this dashboard with your organization.

 

Sharing A Dashboard Via A Link

 

Click the Copy link to dashboard option accessed via the three dot dropdown at the top right of dashboards.

Ensure you have first saved your dashboard. 

 

 

Save or Share Dashboards as a PDF

Click the Print to PDF option accessed via the three dot dropdown at the top right of dashboards. 

 

 

Receive or Share Dashboards in an Email

To receive emails of a dashboard, click Email this dashboard

 

 

This will open up a window to select Frequency, who to Send to, the Email subject, the Format you want the dashboard in and an optional Message. 

Emails can be sent to both EDITED and non EDITED subscribers. 

 

Your version of myEDITED may be Market only or Enterprise only rather than both. 'Market' refers to the data found within EDITED Market Analysis while 'Enterprise' are your own internal business metrics that are fed into EDITED Digital or Omni.

 If one of these options is greyed out in your view, then your plan does not include both features. Please contact your account manager or email support@edited.com for more information.
