myEDITED: How Do I Add Comparison Filters To A Dashboard?
Once you have added a filter to your dashboard, you can then add a comparison.
Adding a comparison filter allows you to select up to four Market data fields to compare, such as data for different retailers, categories, or regions. You can also choose to compare one retailer against an aggregate of all other retailers in your selection.
Complete the interactive tutorial below to learn how to add a comparison filter.
16 STEPS
1. This tutorial will teach you how to add a comparison to your dashboard.
You can choose one market field to compare up to four values.
2. For this example let's choose Retailers to compare.
Ensure you have at least two added.
For this example Nasty Gal is your own business and the rest are competitors.
3. You can choose any condition within your filter to compare as long as you have more than one selected.
4. Click + Add comparison
5. Next, click the Baseline dropdown.
6. Your baseline is the field that will be compared against.
For this example you need to select your own business within Retailers.
7. Click Nasty Gal (US).
8. Click the Compare against dropdown.
9. Now you can select the retailers you want to compare against your own business, Nasty Gal.
10. It will compare defaults to All other retailer values, which is an aggregate of all the retailers excluding your selected baseline retailer.
11. For this example select H&M.
12. Select Zara.
13. Select COS.
14. All remaining retailers won't be available to select as the maximum is three comparisons with one baseline.
15. Click Apply.
16. Your comparison will now be added to your dashboard.
You have now completed the tutorial.
