myEDITED: What Analysis Can I Do In Basket Analysis?
Clicking Basket Analysis within Assortment takes you to Basket Heatmaps within EDITED Omni. Here, you can analyze what products/categories are being frequently bought together. Heatmaps visually represent the Support, Confidence, and Lift of customers purchasing multiple categories in one basket.
Basket Analysis consists of three reports. Click the headers to learn more about each type.
- Basket Heatmaps: a visual heatmap representation of which products, categories, promotions, and other elements have the highest potential to be bought together in any basket.
- Basket Overlaps: a greater level of detail in a table format, analyzing categories by a variety of transactional metrics.
- Basket Reports: analyzes categories by a variety of transactional and customer metrics.
