Tutorial: How Do I Use The Strategy Analysis Type In Market?

9 STEPS
1. This tutorial will teach you how to read and use the Strategy chart to view product and performance metrics.
2. This example looks at the Dresses category across a selection of UK fast-fashion retailers and the chart is grouped by Retailer.
 3. Product count shows the total number of products at each retailer based on the filters in your workbook.
 
 4. Click on the bubble.
 
5. A pop-over will then show all the products within the selected bubble.
 6. Next is price points. 
Minimum: The lowest priced product.
Median: The middle price product.
Maximum: The highest priced product. 
 7. Each performance metric is represented with a performance bar to indicate a percentage of the assortment, depending on how the chart is grouped. 
This example shows that 31.4% of H&M dresses in this workbook have sold out at least once. 
8. Click on a performance bar.
 9. A pop-over will then show a list of relevant products.
