1. In this tutorial, we'll look at how to read Customer Metrics within Basket Reports.

2. Refer to Menswear Accessories where we shall read the customer metrics in our report.

3. The number of orders, which in this example is 4,110, is divided by 3,179 individual customers. This gives us an Order/Customer affinity of 1.29.

4. The New Customer Order column shows us that over half, 55.91%, of accessory orders were placed by New Customers
