This tutorial is interactive. To move to the next step, please follow the prompts showing you where to click, or use the < and > arrows along the bottom.
23 STEPS
1. This tutorial will teach you how to add keywords to tailor the products in your workbook.
 2. First let's look at a simple search, which is when you add a single term into either the + include or - exclude fields.
The task is to search for crochet dresses.

3. Click Keywords.
4. Type Crochet.
5. Click Add.
6. Click Close.
7. Click the Products tab.
 8. Here you can scroll through to check you are satisfied with the products in your workbook.
E.g. You may want to exclude sequin dresses.
 9. You can easily exclude this term using the - Exclude field.
Click Keywords.
10. Type Sequin.
11. Click Add.
12. Click Close
 13. Unlike the Brands and Retailers filter, you can include and exclude terms at the same time.
In this example, we are including the term Crochet and also excluding Sequin.
 14. You can use AND to search for products with multiple qualities.
This is especially helpful to narrow down your initial search.
The task is to search for crochet beach dresses.
15. You can click straight into your existing keyword to add your additional word.
16. Type AND Beach.
17. Your product page will now update.
 18. String search is where you use quotation marks to search for a total phrase, or anything that includes more than one word.
The task is to search for acid wash dresses.

19. Click Keywords
20. Type "Acid Wash"
21. Click Add.
22. Click Close.
 23. Your workbook will now include women's dresses that contain the term "acid wash"
