Messaging: How Do I Analyze Email Subject Lines?
View email subject lines in your workbook by using the Updates tab. This is located in the top navigation bar.
There’s an option of two views within the Updates tab; by communication card or list view. Use the Card and List icons to change your view. The Card view allows you to view individual communications, while the List view allows you to view email subject lines.
List View: Analyzing Email Subject Lines
To get the most out of the List view, select Email within the Channels filter in the left-hand filter panel. This will generate a list of subject lines used for each email update within your workbook.
Use the filter panel to refine your results, for example, by adding a specific retailer or keyword.
To view the image capture of an individual update, click See Update on the right-hand side of the page.
Sort your results using the Order Results By… drop-down menu at the top of the page. Messaging can be sorted by:
- A to Z
- Relevance - this is the default setting if a keyword/s is applied
- Date: Newest to Oldest
- Date: Oldest to Newest
