Is it possible to configure an alert in DynamicAction, for example, if one of the metric swings?
Yes, you will find the ability to establish alerts for items that meet an alert criteria in Dimension or Opportunity grid pages. As items meet alert criteria, you will receive notification both via email and in the DynamicAction user interface. For example, you can set alerts based on single time period criteria, on change vs comparison period, and/or on new items.
