I can not select a certain date in DynamicView
There are a couple reasons a date may not be able to be chosen when selecting the analysis period.
- DynamicAction begins populating a day’s data based on launch date of DynamicView, and any historical data that is provided. If a previous date, a couple weeks or months back, is not available but other dates after are, it would be likely that it was prior to data was made available for DynamicView.
- A recent date is not available. If yesterday’s data is not available, it would signal that the data has not completed processing.
- Check the time. If it is outside of the normal ‘data completion’ window that was provided, check for any file alerts, signaling there is an issue.
- Read more about alerts by selecting the article ‘Alerts for missing or delayed data’
