How Do I Use The Research Assistant?

You can interact with the Research Assistant in two ways:

1. Ask your own query – Type in a question about trends, insights, or promotions, and Assistant will generate a response based on EDITED’s Research library.
   
   
2. Pick from example queries – Use the Trends or Communication buttons to explore pre-made questions and instantly see relevant insights.

Asking Your Own Query

To ask a question:

1. Click into the chat box on the Assistant landing page.
   
   
2. Type the question you want answered.
   
   

The Assistant will generate a response based on EDITED’s Research library.

Selecting a Pre-Made Query

To use a pre-made query:

1. Click the Trend or Communication button on the Assistant landing page.
   
   
2. Browse a selection of frequently asked questions based on that subject area.
   
   
3. Click a query to instantly view the Assistant’s response.

Viewing Your Results

After submitting your query, the Assistant will:

• Provide a response based on your question.
  
  
• Include any relevant supporting images from EDITED’s research articles.
  
  

This allows you to quickly understand the insights and reference visual data for deeper context.

Callout box:  Runway images will only appear in the response if they have been included in a Research article.

Sharing Your Results

After our AI feature provides a response, you'll be able to copy the information.

• Click the Copy icon to transfer the text to your clipboard for external use.
