Editing Grids: Customizing Your View of Matches

Your product catalog and its matches are populated in a table format called a grid. You are able to customize the grid so that the information most important to you is easily accessible. 

To customize your view, click the edit icon at the top right of your grid. 

This will open the “Edit grid”  filter panel to the right of your screen.

The default Row height is set to “Small.” Changing this setting to “Large” allows for a more easily viewable thumbnail image in your grid. 

Types of Columns

Columns are divided into two types, “Frozen” and “All."

Frozen columns make selected fields viewable at the left of your grid, even when you scroll to the far right columns. 

Image, product, and product type fields are permanently frozen in all grids. You can add any other metrics that are important to you. To do so, click on the six dots and drag the metric from the “All Columns” section to the “Frozen Columns” section.

All columns make up the remainder of the metrics visible in your grid, which you are able to scroll left and right to view. 

To change the fields populating your grid, tick or untick the associated checkboxes. 

Reordering Columns

There are two ways to reorder the columns in your grid. 

You can click on the six dots and drag the metric to its desired position within the ‘Edit grid’ filter panel.

Or you can click and drag columns directly within the grid. 

Ordering & Resizing Columns

Choose how you want your columns ordered by hovering over the column header row and clicking on the arrow. You can view by ascending or descending. 

You can also autosize the specific column you’ve clicked on or autosize all columns within your grid.

Alternatively, you can resize individual columns by clicking on them and dragging them within the column header row.
