Digital/Omni: How Do I Manage Filters?
How to Manage Your Filters
Once you have applied a filter, it will be highlighted in blue at the top of your screen in EDITED Digital and Omni. You can save, clear, or edit your filters.
- Selecting Save Filter will allow you to save a frequently used filter. Once you select save, you will be asked to name your filter (see image below).
Saving your filter for future use supports speed to insight and also means you can quickly switch between different datasets.
- Selecting Clear Filter will remove the filter from your analysis.
- Selecting Edit Filters will allow you to make changes to your filter or add additional filters. Once you select edit, you will be taken back through to the filter functionality to make your changes.
How to View all Saved Filters
To view any previously saved filters:
- Click the Filter button in the control panel.
- Select the Saved Filters tab.
From this view, you can search for any saved filters using key terms in the search bar, edit previously saved filters, and apply previously saved filters.
Select the star icon to favorite your saved filters. Favoriting your filters will turn the star icon blue and will surface the filter at the top of your saved filter list.
