Digital/Omni: How Do I Use The Customer Strategies Dashboard?

The Strategies Dashboard includes an overview of optimizing your customer strategies through action. 

How to Navigate to the Strategies Dashboard

• Select Insights from the left-hand navigation panel. 
• Click Customer Insights.
• Select Strategies Dashboard. 

How to Use the Strategies Dashboard

The Strategies Dashboard includes five sections. 

• Acquire: How do you grow your customer base and entice new customers? 
• Reactivate: How do you re-engage previously churned customers?
• Nudge: How do you decrease the time customers take between orders?
• Nurture: How to focus customer strategies on the most profitable cohorts?
• Limit Losses: How can risk be reduced for the least profitable cohorts?
  
  

Each section includes the following:

• Pre-made default analysis that links to either Customer Lifetime Behaviour or Customer Weekly Activity reports. 
• The number/counts and trendline of customers in the specific segments aligned to that action, e.g., Acquire includes New Customer data. 
• Performance of critical metrics tied to the action, including the absolute value of Period A, Period B, and the change %.

To amend this default dashboard: 

• Click Copy on the right-hand side of the dashboard.

From this view, you can action the following: 

• Change the Dashboard Name & Description

• Click the Add Dashboard Filter to add any filter.
  
  

• Make the Dashboard Private or Shared.
  
  
  

You can also select the Configure Section Headers tab to customize further; watch the GIF below.

• Change section header titles and descriptions. 
• Move Sections to prioritize specific actions. 
• Delete Sections.
• Click Apply to save changes.
