Digital/Omni: How Do I Manage Insight & Action Badges?
This example uses Insight Badges.
- Click Manage Badges on the Insight or Action Badge landing page.
- Use the table column titled Active to toggle between whether a badge is available on the landing page or not.
- Select the checkbox next to the appropriate badge; you can then Delete, Edit, or Copy any selected badges you created/own.
- You cannot edit or delete badges owned and/or created by team members. You can only Copy the badge.
Action Badges are made up of individual Insight Badge components. The functionality of managing action badges is the same as that of insight badges. However, you must copy, edit, and delete components individually to change any Action Badge.
