Digital/Omni: How Do I Manage Custom Dashboards?

 

Initially, you will be taken to a screen with three tabs, each of which contains a list of dashboards in a table format; 

    • My Dashboards: Dashboards owned and created by you. 
    • Shared: Any dashboards shared with you/the broader organization.
  • Favorites: Dashboards that have been favorited (starred).

Selecting any dashboard by the checkbox on the far left will allow you to Copy, Edit, or Delete Dashboards as required. 

 

 

You can share any of your Dashboards in this table. 

  • Select the My Dashboards tab. 
  • Click the Private/Shared toggle in the Shared column to switch to shared or private as required.

 

You can search for dashboards using the Search bar. You can search by; 

  • Dashboards
  • Description
  • Labels
  • Owner
  • Filter Applied

For example, search for a dashboard created by a colleague. 

  • Click the Search Bar.
  • Select Owner.
  • Click Add Filter



  • Add the appropriate rule, for example, ‘Is’ or ‘Contains.’
  • Add the Owner's Name to the third textbox.  
  • Click Apply to add the filter. 

 

You can select or de-select your favorite dashboards from this view. 

To select a favorite dashboard:

  • Click the Star Icon to turn the star from clear to blue. 

To de-select a favorite dashboard:

  • Click the Star Icon to turn the star from blue to clear.
