Digital/Omni: Can I Create An Independent Task?
Most users will create tasks from areas of the EDITED platform (Opportunities, Dimensions, etc). However, you can also create an independent task unrelated to a specific opportunity. These are intended for general use.
Navigate to the Tasks navigation bar, click Task List, and click ‘Create Task,’ which is in the top right-hand corner.
You may want to create an individual task that addresses issues across multiple reports or serves as a reminder (e.g., Call Brand X to lobby for a larger trade promotion budget).
