Folders allow you to organize your workbooks, making them easier to find and share with your team.
Creating a Folder
Start by selecting New Folder in the left side panel.
Decide on a name for your new folder and click Save.
Your folder will now be displayed in the panel at the left of your screen.
Editing Folders
To edit an existing folder, click on the three dots symbol to the right of its name.
Here you can:
- Share your folder with other users on the same team as you.
- Transfer to another team allows you to transfer your folder to another team within your organization that is subscribed to the same vertical as you.
- Rename your folder.
- Delete your folder.
If you select Rename, the name of your folder will become editable. Click Press enter to save to action your change.
If you select Delete, you'll be asked if you're sure you want to delete the folder. Once deleted, a folder can not be accessed again. Click Delete.
