Can I share a workbook with a certain person or team within my company?

 

To share a workbook it must first be placed into a folder that is shared with your team. 

When you share a folder, it will be shared with only those that are also members of that team. All workbooks that sit within that shared folder will then be visible to your team members. 

 

You can also share an individual workbook by using the ‘Copy Link” button at the top right of the page. You must have first saved your workbook to enable this option.
