Can I share a workbook with a certain person or team within my company only?

To share a workbook it must first be placed into a folder that is shared with your team. To learn more about sharing folders click here. 

When you share a folder, it will be shared with only those that are also members of that team. All workbooks that sit within that shared folder will then be visible to your team members. 

If you'd like to share a workbook with an individual, we recommend copying and pasting the URL for that workbook, and sending them a link.
