myEDITED: Can I Remove Incorrect Products From Opportunites?
Opportunity summaries are saved outputs at the time of running them. The data is static as it appeared at that time. Therefore, we cannot go back and retroactively fix an existing Opportunity after product data changes.
Sometimes, when there is an error with how our trackers pick up or classify a product, for example, a retailer updating their website can lead to products being miscategorized, thereby slipping into an Opportunity it may not belong in.
We would suggest creating a new Opportunity or refreshing the run again at a later date once we confirm that the issue is resolved, in order to receive the most accurate up-to-date snapshot.
Should you come across a categorisation issue, please contact support@edited.com.
