Digital/Omni: Using All Metrics
All Metrics
The All Metrics page provides a comprehensive understanding of metric performance across a much wider set of metrics. This screen is presented in a data table to allow you to easily sort, filter or group by any of the fields. This detailed view compares Period A to Period B. If you select Last Year, Target, and/or 13 Period Average as secondary comparison values in the calendar, those columns will display as well.
Select the “Group Metrics” checkbox to group by Metric Group and Metric Sub-Group. You may click the arrows to expand or collapse any section. You may select the “Group By” option in the column header menus to customize your groupings or to remove them.
